The national nature reserve HRDOVICKÁ is located in the Tribeč mountains, near the village of Nitrianska Streda. The subject of protection is the landscape exceptionally valuable sharp rocky ridge and the rare plant and animal communities of acidic rocky steppes and forest steppes here. The site has gravelly, rocky and sandy soils. In lower areas, deciduous forest spreads. In the attractive summit part, one can admire interesting rock formations and also beautiful views into the wide surroundings. Hrdovická can be reached via unmarked trails from Nitrianska Streda and Čeľadiniec.
