A very nice example of a small shelter can be found in the Tribeč mountains named Žliabok. Two or three people can sleep on the bunks. It is truly a shelter primarily for overnight stays. Funny is also the unconventional use of a large wine barrel, which was used for the body of the shelter itself, plus only an entrance terrace and tin roof. This shelter approaches the ideal with one more condition – the water source is just a few meters away. Since overnighting involves preparing food in the evening and morning, every shelter without water means the hiker must carry a significant amount of water on their back.
