Description:
Today I share my personal view on climbing mountains and technical terrain. Learning to climb running or trotting up mountains is one of the pillars every trail runner should practice. We've already seen in previous videos techniques to improve climbs like stairs, intervals, etc. Now it's time to put them into practice and apply them to the terrain. Here I leave you my way or the way I train climbs or at least one of them. It's worth noting that the terrain where they are practiced is fundamental and adds a lot or little difficulty depending on the type of terrain. In this case, the terrain is very very technical ground as it's full of imperfections that make it impossible to take a more or less regular step. Well, for that there is also a technique... IMPORTANT: This is my way or one of many I have for climbing. If we stick to science, energy saving, distance, incline level, etc.... it may not be the most suitable, but I insist..... it's my way. Every athlete must find that way or have a variety of ways to tackle a climb. I hope you like it.
