Video dedicated to the first of two ascents in Val Senales: Similaun. Ascent from Vernago via Vallone di Tisa to Rifugio Similaun (day 1), on the second day we climbed Similaun via Ghiacciaio Niederjochferner (normal Italian route) with descent by the same itinerary back to Rifugio Similaun. Elevation gain: 1300 m (day 1), 600 m (day 2). Difficulty: F. Social trip of the High Mountain Group 'Camosci' of CAI Sezione Ligure Genova. Organized by Stelvio Lanzone and Luciano Taccola.
