Now in its 25th edition, the Chestnut Festival of Pievebovigliana is a fixed appointment for the inhabitants of these areas, not only for the chestnuts, but also for the excellent menus offered at lunch and dinner. Niche is the preparation of polenta, white or red, and chestnut desserts.
