Description: From Valle Amara to Fonte La Vena spring, then along the north ridge to Morrone summit, from there following the east ridge to Cima Zis summit 2130 m, continuing to Vado dell'Asina and descending the namesake valley to rejoin the road to Valle Amara and back to start.
