Description:
Summit known for its relatively “easy” ascent due to its low technicality, but hard due to its length (10 km from Chaillol station). A 5-hour hike from Chaillol station allows exceeding 3000 m altitude, with panorama over Champsaur, Valgaudemar and beyond, and on Écrins summits to the northeast (Pelvoux, Barre des Écrins, Ailefroide).
