As its name suggests, it shows aspects of Huancayo's identity as culture, monuments to recognized artists, and images that are part of the province and city's history as well as its folklore. Very attractive to tourists, it features a very striking and different construction from other parks in Peru; it is located in the San Antonio neighborhood belonging to the city of Huancayo, which is a quiet place.
