Join me as I train in the mountains of Virginia. Starting at the Tye River I ran past the Priest Shelter and to Spy Rock. An 18 mile day followed by 5 miles the next day. I film a vlog of my trail run on the Appalachian Trail with quiet scenery and a commentary.
