We love wandering through Slovak wilderness. Deep forests, endless meadows, romance by the fire at abandoned shepherds' huts, zero tourists, and the feeling that a bear is behind every tree.
Four days on a trek through Slovak Poľana, which is part of the Slovak Central Uplands and the highest volcanic mountain range in Slovakia. On its territory there is a volcano with a caldera diameter of 6 km and a circumference of almost 20 km.
