Skyrunning is a mountain sports discipline that takes place at and above 2,000m altitude with an average gradient of at least 6% and where at least 5% of the route consists of very steep slopes (+30%). Solid mountain terrain. Blocks and climbing passages are possible, but maximum second degree.
