From Vent by train at 8 o'clock up to almost 2700 meters. That's two sections. From there to Breslauer Hütte. Takes about an hour. The path continues, not very steep, over scree and gravel, to below the Mitterkarferner. Only then it gets steep. It goes up a scree slope. Depending on conditions, this ascent can be annoying. Before the via ferrata, another steep snowfield up. The via ferrata with C is not very difficult. If it's crowded, you need patience here. After the via ferrata you are on the Taschachferner and go up the glacier to the right, up to 150 meters below the summit. Now up a scree hill to the left. A last climbing section (II) and you stand on Wildspitze 3768m, the second highest mountain in Austria.
