This short film follows BMC Ambassador Mary-Ann Ochota on the Winter Mountaineering course, based near Fort William.

In March 2017, for Women Outdoors Week, both Plas y Brenin and Glenmore Lodge, the National Mountain Centres, ran a series of winter training courses specifically for women.
