Description:
The very distinctive climbing crag Zitterklapfen (2,403 m) is a 2 km long summit ridge. The name allegedly comes from the swaying of the dry weather trees; "Klapfen" means rock pinnacle. From Au and Schoppernau, the hiking route leads via Bodenvorsäß, where managed alpine pastures invite a break with a snack.
