Short video report from a solo ascent to the highest peak of Germany, Zugspitze 2962 m, from Hammersbach parking through Höllental gorge and via ferrata as well as Höllentalferner Glacier in 4 hours and 30 minutes. I reached the summit on July 21, Tuesday at 09:45. Exactly almost 48 hours earlier, on July 19, Sunday at 08:25, I was still on the summit of Matterhorn 4478 m in Switzerland, so I appreciate this ascent to Zugspitze even more.
