Jungfraujoch

1. Jungfraujoch is the highest railway station in Europe and is located at an altitude 3445 meters below the slopes of the peak Mathildespitze (3557m). And a little further on the ridge, there is four-thousander Jungfrau with height 4158 meters. The railway runs through the tunnel named Jungfrau, which is made through the mountains Eiger and Mönch. The railway also has midway stations, where there is also a very nice view towards the surrounding peaks. Webcam is situated at the mentioned railway station, and on the picture we can clearly see nearby peaks and glaciers.
