Triglav alpine forget-me-not (Eritrichium nanum) belongs to the Boraginaceae family, flowers from July to August, grows from 1 to 5 cm high. Our beautiful little flower similar to forget-me-not, but high in the mountains on rocks. The plant is cushion-shaped. In the throat of the flower there is a yellow ring, leaves silky-hairy. Grows at altitudes from 2000 m to 3000 m. To see it one has to make an effort to climb high into the mountains around Triglav.
