Styrian Lungwort (Pulmonaria stiriaca)
Description:
Pulmonaria stiriaca is a plant up to 40 cm tall, which can be observed on non-calcareous soils, mainly in Styria. The plant has flowers blue to violet in colour, blooming from late February to May, depending on elevation. Pulmonaria stiriaca is most easily recognised by the shape of the flowers and white spots on the stem leaves.

Not Styrian lungwort. Probably common, P. officinalis. Styrian has distinctly dark blue flowers and very pronounced white spots on the leaves (this one has light green ones). The shape of the basal leaves should also be checked.
