In person things are much more horrific than from media. 
Yesterday after shift in Mengš... cleaning trash (well, destroyed property). Whole street, about 30 houses, same story at each. Huge pile of material in front of house. Mostly destroyed furniture. And towing cars, some mud up to roof. At landfill huge piles...

Sadly I don't know. But I'm afraid it's worse higher up. Especially Kamniška Bela and Sedelšček from Repov kot might be severely eroded.

Hm, I kinda thought so... With boyfriend we debated KB valley and Logar valley, he thinks they were spared, I think not.
But now noticed that cars trapped at lower cable car station are actually all intact, the whole time thought they were destroyed. Poor tourists, left without vacation and without car.

lijaneja, really horrible. When you see photos, you realize the power of nature. Poor people, I was after devastation in Sneberje at cousin's where we cleaned three days just the pigsty that Sava brought. Destroyed all furniture and all white appliances. But maybe someone knows how is road Cerklje-Krvavec? Thanks Lp.

Grad-Lower cable car station-Štefanja Gora still closed, for road to Krvavec I haven't seen anywhere that it's closed.

If that part of road is closed (as you wrote), then from Cerklje direction can't go by road to Krvavec.

Ppegan, under no circumstances did I want to downplay the seriousness of the situation people hit by floods faced. What happened to them is horrible.
But probably you wouldn't scream with joy either if you were evacuated in the middle of vacation, then left without the car where you probably left some stuff, and then someone tells you you're just an extra burden anyway. Don't attack where not needed. Compassion for all who suffered in floods, also foreigners.

Kafetarca, I really wouldn't scream, but would still be alive and with a roof over my head at home. And to the car left at the parking lot I could eventually get. Just the vacation that for many is luxury I would shorten. So not the end of the world, nor bad mood, since I really have no influence on natural disasters. But surely I would empathize with locals and try to help somehow. Foreigners these days really don't pity me, they are just visiting, our disaster doesn't move them much (writing based on what I see on the ground).
But my heart breaks for our people who lost everything and so I try my best to help with collecting food and gear, money transfers and also on-site help. Matr, really weird

Well then all you who pity locals who lost houses: How horrible you are, you pity OUR locals who still have relatives and functioning state from which they'll get help? What about poor Turks who lost whole families in earthquake?! But they don't pity you at all? You amoral nihilistic MONSTERS!!!
This pity competition is pure idiocy. If we can never pity someone who fares better than some third, then at every moment we must pity only and exactly one person.

Pantani, as far as I know, you can get to the Gostilna pod Krvavcem. Thus, also by car to Krvavec or Jezerca.
