Tonight I walked on foot from Pržan to Ljubljana, approx. 5.5 km. There everything festive in lights and I had something to see. At Prešeren due to the crowd it's already hard to walk. I continue past the market, turn to Magistrat where some Russian couple sings Russian ballads nicely from the heart. I give them some change and walk the embankment of old Ljubljana. People full everywhere, everyone eating and drinking something. In between unexpectedly I meet Vili Resnik with whom I chat a bit. Then I go to Black Cat for mulled red wine. Before leaving the pljeskavice with really nice meat smell to me. So full and quenched full of nice pre-New Year impressions I head home. Walking all together a bit more than with city bus. During the week again there with friends for some drink. People in Ljubljana from Croats and foreigners of all kinds. When there are some higher quality singer performances, it'll be even nicer in Ljubljana.
May the days of old year however much left pass as nicely as possible!

I also wish all visitors of mountains and hills a nice, sunny and with quite safe steps in mountains happy year 2012!!! If only it had so many sunny days, or even more, than the current departing one, the measure would be fully fulfilled!!!

Let me also add a little squeak and express New Year's wish.
May in the coming year no one be alone anymore, to always lend a hand to someone when climbing a mountain.
Nothing big, nothing special, just full of small, simple joys of life every day in the coming year I wish you.
Otherwise safe among the peaks!!!

To all of you already in 2012 I wish health, personal happiness, peaceful spirit and inspiration from walking the path of the heart, which is the only true one and through such realization we can transcend the conditioning of reason, which always contains also ego states. This one always impoverishes us, puts us in shackles and deprives us of spiritual realizations, wisdom and true unattached, free natural state of spirit.
Ljubljana was for New Year's Eve completely flooded not only with Slovenes, but with a larger share of Italians, Germans, Englishmen, even from Jamaica they came and other distant places. Pictures say more about the huge visit to the capital. Happy 2012!
