Morning from Sport Hotel to Lipanca and towards Brda.
Path/track to Lipanca well trodden, almost no postholing; today frozen all the time as temps not above zero. From Lipanca to Brda less trodden, higher more postholing, especially where much windblown new snow. Shortly after junction Debela peč / Brda postholed to knees, so turned back. But nice on skis or snowshoes. Crampons very needed.
Weather "mixed"; mostly cloudy, morning light snowfall and short sunny periods, after 12 quite heavy snow, then clearings...
Met about 20 people, most on skis.
Blejska hut on Lipanci open OSNP for some "to go" food and drinks

Can you drive with a car on the road from Mrzli studenec to the monument, is anything groomed?
