Zalas, this unknown summit is Mali Gozdnik summit, stamp and logbook not changed for two years, apparently path to it abandoned.

Since I come from Trbovlje I started path at Mrzlica and descended to podgozdnik. From there ascended to Kamnik and then back to Podgozdnik. Continued path to Gozdnik past hunting hut and Mali gozdnik. Then descended to path that leads from Mrzlica to Šmohor and on that path back to Mrzlica.

Zalas, I assumed by the order of photos. It's quite a good tour! I assume Jure will start in Zabukovica because it's closer to him!

I have to drive through the Šešče area and further towards Matke, then a bit further there's a small parking spot. I read that in the path description for Kamnik, because this path to Mrzlica over Kamnik has tempted me for some time

I did this circular route a bit differently. Started from Zabukovica, where the asphalt road ends. First to Gozdnik past LD, then to Mrzlica and at the end to Kamnik. For a path that's BP, I spent about 4 hours. Except for the wind on Gozdnik, the day was very nice, views in the morning still wonderful...

Today I did the reverse "rozka" variant - without Mrzlica. Started at the Talci, then along the ridge to Kamnik, followed descent to the saddle and then past the hunting hut to the top of Gozdnik. Descended again past the LK and then right to the Talci. Just below the top of Gozdnik I was caught by rain, so the bivouac was a real relief. On the whole path mud, mud...
Got to the car pretty wet, but so what, it's April.

I shortened this hike a bit. I skipped Kamnik, namely.
Started in Zabukovica at the usual starting point for Mrzlica and on the road past LD Gozdnik to the top. At Mali Gozdnik I seriously wobbled a huge rock when I grabbed it and almost pulled it out. I didn't manage to dislodge it into the valley so it wouldn't be dangerous anymore. Such rocks in the ground are now quite dangerous due to very soaked soil. A few days ago I pulled one out also on Kamnik, when I went a bit on my own.
From Gozdnik I descended to the path between Šmohor and Mrzlica. In between the marks are missing for a while but there are no major orientation problems. Then ascent to Mrzlica, then bean stew and straight to the starting point. In between I pick some wild garlic and the day is perfect.
I warmly recommend this tour.

On the secured part, the steel cable is torn off.

Aha, got you @garmont. Little joke! I knew namely that that ascent to 1st ridge Kamnik uses someone else besides me, because to starting point already nice visible path.
"Hunting", where I used to descend, after all icefalls very hard passable, finally realized.
Hope we meet sometime around there.

I did this circular route a bit differently. Started in Podgozdnik (to the starting point you drive through Zabukovica) and then to Kamnik, descent towards Matkam (direction Hom), ascent to Golava, descent along sheep path towards Mrzlica and ascent directly to top of Mrzlice (this path is shorter but much harder than usual), from Mrzlica then descent to starting point. Super tour for gaining fitness. For whole tour with break I used 6h. This circular I'll do again and include Gozdnik too.... RECOMMEND!!... LP.

Today via Kamnik to Mrzlica.
Access to starting point at Talci is a bit difficult, as road at Sipex is completely closed, so need detour over hill, which is quite complicated.

Frost gripped up to 1k, so in the afternoon chose to build fitness nearby. This time a bit longer variant from the cemetery in Zabukovica, then Gozdnik-Mrzlica-Golava-Kamnik. To Gozdnik took a more direct variant, from Kamnik known abandoned path from the saddle, so no much road walking back. Paths well passable, south path from Kamnik quite eroded. Managed to beat darkness, but due to time interval per peak gritted teeth and muscles on last ascent. Lots of visitors on all peaks, didn't know that now we mass greet živjo Probably some planned trips need to be put aside for a while...
