In Polhograjske Hills already snowdrops and bells, picking dandelions and first crocuses, across border still real winter, at least higher lots of snow. Park at pre-last parking, road dry, no toll, meters (1.8/hr) some pay others not. Continue on marked path, detour to one peak, descend and on to Dobratsch summit.
