So, which peak is in the picture and from where did I photograph it?

Just from the grill (horse čevapčiči, buttered corn, home-baked zucchini - marinated in olive and sunflower oil, salt, chopped parsley from garden and garlic - glass jar - grill).
The mountain is probably Matkova kopa, behind right Tolsta košuta and Košutnikov turn.

I thought it would be too easy for excellent connoisseurs.
My vantage point is obviously more obscured (that's why the picture seemed interesting for the riddle). Not Koprivnik, actually not even in Italy ...

In front is the meadow between Podklošter and Bistrica, where there's just enough "gap" between Karawanks and Carnics to see nicely across there.
