Some yesterday's impressions from a nice walk, without meeting hikers, to the balcony of Gorenjska. Starting point - Nemilje. Nice mountaineer's greeting.

Idea from the backpack for better days that will surely come nasmeh

. It has unlimited shelf life, conditions can only change in case of snow or natural disasters.

Also notice to all internet TROLLS and TROTE ... the described trip was not carried out during the current government Covid-19 orders and therefore participants did not violate them in any way. The purpose of the description is to break the grayness of the current situation and brighten someone's day when planning the future.

So, how did I imagine the route? Almost anyone can get to Jamnik with the scenic balcony of Gorenjska, if not otherwise by car. For hill folks it's not that simple, need to walk a bit more velik nasmeh

. After checking the map, the most suitable seemed a circular route starting and ending in Lipnica. Ascent via Vodisko planina, where we turned left towards Jamnik. In between visited indistinct Črni vrh and excellent viewpoint Zidana skala. Through dark forests continued to village Jamnik and church of St. Primož and Felicijan in unique position. Return along indistinct ridge with visit to Berigle and Kugle above Kropa and past the factory in Lipnica ended at start. Altogether 17 km and 1000m elevation, all nicely marked and signposted nasmeh

We started in Lipnica, not far from the bus station

After a short bit of asphalt we turned left uphill at these markers

The path was pleasant all the way, not muddy at all

All praise to the author of these markers, there are many more ahead

Markers to the planina and warning about the linden tree over 500 years old

The snow has not yet departed, but luckily it was frozen.

We are already near the village, the path has become a cart track

Rarely seen, they have just torn open the pile

Exposed coal that they occasionally have to extinguish with water
