Today's day really called lovers of walking and mountains to the mountains; decision fell - to Logarska; first a bit to Rinka waterfall for warming up, then back to Dom Planincev and »off« to Klemenča hut; path is fine, one part slightly icy, crampons poorly usable because rocks are occasionally just lightly covered with frozen snow (ice); at Klemenča jama hard, frozen snow. All around peace, silence and boundless whiteness, in short quiet majesty of winter morning, captured in saddle surrounded by white-clad walls of beautiful peaks KSA; unrepeatable?nasmeh

Today to Klemenča jama from Dom planincev. Snow in the valley, on the path very little of it. Due to the late hour it wasn't too slippery, but we still helped ourselves a bit with small cramponsnasmeh Beautiful views, only at home then on the pictures you see some little ants at Kamniško sedlo and towards Rinka...

On Sunday heading to Klemenča jama. Autumn still shows beautiful colors, especially larches. Pity the hut is closed, quite a few of us headed to this part of the mountains.

Have to get used to it, that the time has come when huts are mostly closed.
But some are open, or open after prior agreement with the warden. It also depends on weather conditions...
Hut on Okrešelj was last winter season mostly open on Saturdays and Sundays.

On Saturday we went to Klemenča jama, weather was wonderful so we stayed till Sunday. Hut is now open also on weekends. Great!!! velik nasmeh

This time start from the pension at the crossroads. To the Klemenča hut there is no snow anymore and all dry without mud. Adding some pics for illustration of conditions. Conditions ideal for martinčkanje velik nasmeh

Yesterday tour to Klemenča jama with our youth from the society. Start in Logarska valley at pension Na razpotju. Path leads through tunnel and part of secured path. We also viewed the largest larch and back in valley before rain.
At hut new warden who says he will open hut soon also weekdays depending on weather, otherwise hut open on weekends.

Autumn is a wonderful season,
when nature gets golden decoration.
Nice to remember the days,
when from Ojstrica summit I admired the hiked paths.
But today it's all different,
the slice of mountain pie is getting smaller.
That's life,
strength reduces the longing for mountains. nasmeh

At the Hut it's always nice! The ladder on the third will need repairs after the season. Dangerous when wet! Regards

The path to Ojstrica past Klemenča hut on the north side is clear. On the easier path there's a snow patch that can be crossed normally. Winter gear no longer needed on the northern slope.
