Less exposed secured paths

Family mi2+3 mežikanje we hike a lot in our hills, now we'd like to try some secured path. I'd be very happy for your suggestions (I know, subjective opinion, but still) for secured paths that are not overly exposed/airy. We were e.g. on the "climbing" one to Pristovski Storžič and the hunting one to Ledine. I know it's "easy" for most but we go slowly up the difficulty and really enjoy it jezik.
Thanks for every suggestion/tip.

Most secured paths are part of long, full-day tours, P. Storžič and Ledine are short tours. On long tours the secured part isn't necessarily the hardest, but it can be unsecured steep grass, slippery scree sections, long descent, you need to learn to stay focused for a long time ...
Not to ramble too much - interesting trip with some cables (system of natural windows) is Stegovnik. Apparently from the lake side it's not entirely easy to follow the path, so check comments on hribi.net.
Interesting trips are also Born's tunnels at Ljubelj. Not secured, but mountain environment and some views into precipices.

Thanks for the first opinion. We're looking exactly for that, longer tours. Kids have no issues with moving in the mountains (our eight-year-old e.g. was at not quite four years on Debela peč). We've done quite a few longer tours already, as I wrote above, now we'd like to start with "cables". But the paths according to descriptions are very differently demanding. So something where there's no 200m drop below you eek.

Since you're at Born's tunnels, from Preval extend over Roža to Roblek and over Zelenica back to Ljubelj.
Or- Draga - through Luknja to Preval- Roža- Roblek and over Poljska planina back to Draga. Both can be extended to Begunjščica.
On Jezersko there's also Umik Žrela- Czech hut and over Štularjeva planina back to parking.
Or over Taško to Grintovec.
Laško- Kališče- Storžič....

From Logarska to Kamniško sedlo. Then you can continue to Brana, that abyss to Okrešelj is not right under your feet. And the Italian one to Mangart. Otherwise short, but with cables and not too exposed. Over Komarča also some iron.

The path to Inga and Martuljek Waterfalls is also fun for kids.

Maybe try Storžič from the north side, over Škarjev rob. Some small drop, upper part crumbly and caution needed, especially on descent, overall nice varied tour that should please the little ones (at least I loved it at their age).

Now in autumn there will also be a nice hike to Slemenova špica.

If you went via the hunting path to Ledine, you can still extend to Ledinski vrh.

"So something like that where there's no 200m drop below you." zmeden
The feeling of safety is really greater on such paths, but there's no difference between a 10m or 200m fall.
In any case, an eight-year-old on exposed terrain must be roped!

OK, I knew some unnecessary reply would come mrk pogled. I'm not the type to boast, so I didn't write all our ascents, which have piled up a lot given the kids' ages, even 2000ers, I just wanted well-meaning suggestions FROM FIRST HAND!
I know I can fall down stairs at home too, but I hope we agree that ascent via secured gully or chute is much less exposed, even feel-wise than walking on e.g. exposed ledges or verticals. And I hope we agree also that there's a difference between secured path on Storžič through gully or Kopiščarjeva on Prisank (at least per descriptions). So by no means BEGINNERS in hills, we'd like opinions on "easier" secured paths. That 200m was just metaphor zavijanje z očmi.

Megalodon, it was interesting for me to take my son from the Seven Lakes over Štapce when he was about 8 years old, and to the basin Za Ak

Raduha from Koča na Grohatu via climbing, Veliki Rogatec over Lepenatko, Vrh nad Škrbino, Peca (climbing), Robanov kot-chapel on Molička planina, over Komarčo to Triglav Lakes, from Uskovnica to Velo polje, with cable car to Velika planina and further over Konj, Gradiška tour (easier variant!). I wish you good luck and enjoy!

If the reply was unnecessary, I apologize.

Once again I'll write what I already wrote on this forum. If we want to take our child to some secured path and we're in a dilemma if he can pass it safely, visit the path first ourselves and don't rely on advice from those who don't know our child.

You're already getting advice you wanted to exclude at the start. E.g. path to Veliki Rogatec very exposed and poorly secured, also secured on Raduha exposed in several places.

And descent over Konj I overlooked..., very exposed for kids, and suggestion for downhill on that path.
Valerija112, criticism not aimed at you, speaking only of senselessness of such advice.
