Logar Valley - path along Logar

Nice greeting. Today I went with my girlfriend along the mentioned path. We were thrilled by the beauty of nature, also some sights on this path that are definitely worth seeing. We were disappointed though with the path marking, signposts everywhere, only at junctions none! Otherwise the trip was pleasant and the weather was fantastic. J&K

Went on this path on Sunday, 15.2. That day the snow was frozen, no sinking in. For me always a nice tour when there are risky snow conditions in the high mountains. You’re not up there, but you have them in the palm of your hand nasmeh Regards, Medo

The path is 7 km long. Despite the lack of markings in some sections, you can’t miss anything: you just have to reach the end of the valley. It takes about 2.5 hours one way, depending on pace. Path description: http://www.gore-ljudje.net/novosti/4549/

Yesterday in quite changeable weather, also hail and thunder, along the paths of Logar Valley. First time enjoyed these peculiarities and beauties.

@ločanka, did you maybe photograph the Turne and towards Zabrložnica too? Tomorrow I'm heading there... I'm interested how the snow is on that side of the valley.

Last time with my wife I also went for the first time along this path by the water, although I've been countless times in Logar Valley.
Above that cave in Savinjek that you photographed, there's another little path to hike. So you'll have to come once more to "our" neck of the woods.nasmeh

Yesterday we walked it family-style, left the car at the Na razpotju hut and took the hiking path.
The path mostly winds close to the road and along the currently empty Savinja riverbed. Newly installed several info boards, but missing data panels. Probably educational trail style with flora, fauna, geology info.
Path nicely trodden, varied, balm for the soul and (surprisingly) from the hut (780m) to Rinka waterfall (1094m) ascends 354m. Path 4.79km one way.
Only gripe to signposts along path. Almost none at junctions, but along trailzavijanje z očmi
So follow feel and trodden trail sometimes.
Suitable for youngest too.
Crowds, trash at end like market dayjezik
BTW: valley entry 7€ per car.

Yesterday a trail was made from Dom Planincev to the parking under the waterfall (bavčar b@r). From Logarski kot onwards sank to the waist most of the way! eekvelik nasmeh

I was surprised myself by the snow height, the idea was to break trail to the waterfall, which then already halfway sank in the southern snow! velik nasmeh
Would be a challenge to get to Okrešelj like that, if not 4th level avalanche dangereekvelik nasmehnasmeh
