Mala, Velika, and Zadnja Mojstrovka

After 14 days today again from Vršič to Mojstrovke. This time I planned to climb Zadnja Mojstrovka, but after all forum discussions confused... was I on ZM or not? Would appreciate if someone confirms or denies it!
Tour route from Vršič south path to V. Mojstrovka, Kota 2372, Zadnja Mojstrovka (?) back along ridge and at end also to MM. Path dry, only on rocks slightly icy, snow just samples on summits. Weather till 9 mostly clear, later constantly foggy, wind negligible, temp around zero. Met only 7 hikers.

...and in the afternoon from the same perspective.

Today was really a top day and conditions as they should be. To Mala Mojstrovka via Pripravniška then also to Velika and along the ridge to Zadnja. When we were returning ice was already forming on crampons. Otherwise windless, warm, ...

Has anyone been up there these days, what are the conditions? Is Vršič passable?

According to PIC data it is passable.

"The road over Vršič pass is due to winter conditions passable only for vehicles up to 3.5 t."

Today from Vršič over Grebenc first to Mala, then also to Velika Mojstrovka. Conditions excellent, best to go very early as snow softens a lot towards noon. Path all good, trodden. Winter gear needed, especially for Velika. Due to soft snow suitable descent from Velika along slope (Zadnja Mojstrovka side) where ski tourers go down.

Path to Velika Mojstrovka, no difficulties on the ascent, just a little care needed at the traverses

No, I didn't go because it was already quite late. I think it wasn't trodden, but IMO it would be possible to get there.

Today from Mala to Zadnja, first to Šitna glava. No pull to Hanzovo, as it was blowing nicely from east and with long pants nothing wrong, even had sleeves almost whole tour. Otherwise path mostly dry, except two hard-as-concrete snowfields on Velika which can easily be avoided. Weather as mentioned, autumn cold and wind, well I was early,... nasmeh

For descent from Zadnja straight down towards Suhi vrh which I skipped today, pity.

The car is still in its place, no crowd though

Today over Šitna glava to Mala, then to Velika and to Zadnja Mojstrovka. From there we descended pathless towards Suhi vrh, on which we climbed briefly up the ridge. Descent back by "normal route" then traverse to marked path above Grebenc. Followed express (read dusty velik nasmeh

) descent to Vršič.
Pleasant breeze carried heat away all the time. nasmeh

On the right side there is no more snow. This part is well marked.

Both snow patches on the path to VM can be easily bypassed.

Today I was part of the large crowd rolling towards Vršič. Barely found an emergency parking spot, then joined a subgroup pushing to Slemenova Špica. At the fork at Prednji Robič I continued with part of the crowd going who knows where, maybe to climb or like me, via Hanzova to Mala Mojstrovka. On pegs and wire ropes the number of hikers spread out, actually quite few (around 20) even on the summit itself. But like at a bus stop new ones kept arriving, old ones leaving. Only a few of us crawled to Velika Mojstrovka, on Zadnja I met four.

Weather magnificent, views matching. Returned via Vratca, scree express below them works fine, despite huge number of users. Long wondered if some diligent soul brings back at night the stones that slide to the valley during day kicking, arranges them and prepares the slope for next day? velik nasmeh

Path of course without features (hmmm, in Hanzova saw quite a few discarded hankies; visitors, don't go to mountains with cold!!). For parking higher than Erjavčeva koča on such days can't say that. Completely overcrowded, cars sticking out of all possible holes and pits.

From Vršič via Župančičeva to Mala Mojstrovka, then to Velika and also to Zadnja, because it's there anyway. We descended via Vratca. Otherwise we checked Pripravniška for descent, but snow was already quite soft and wet. They climbed Butinarjevo too. Weather super.

Some today's glimpses from nice circular path. Šitna glava-M.Mojstrovka-V.Mojstrovka and Zadnja Mojstrovka. Path itself without features, except in gully to Velika Mojstrovka two snow patches. First can bypass alongside snow patch, second snow patch can bypass on left with easier rock climbing, so no winter gear needed.
