Aha super, I was just wondering if that's it or something additional I don't know. Anyway, no matter, I'll join anyway because 25eur per year doesn't seem much to me, even if I don't use any benefits. As for trail cleaning and such, better not to go into detailed debate, because many (even famous trails) are very poorly cleared, especially now in summer time paths overgrow quickly. Thanks for info.

Hello,
does anyone know, if I join now in January for the first time, does membership apply from e.g. 10.01.2019 to 31.01.2020 or is it that it will apply only from 1.2.2019?

I would call the club but now there are holidays in between and certain office hours.... etc. so I hope my question won't annoy anyone too much, saying that I can't even be bothered to call.

Lalala, membership applies from 1.1.19 to 31.1.20 so it will apply from the day you pay and get the sticker.

Insurance coverage for an individual member starts to apply at 24:00 on the same day when the insurance company is notified of the membership fee payment (online registration or entry into the Naveza information system). The 24-hour assistance service for organizing rescue abroad and health assistance for abroad is activated at 24:00 on the same day when member data was forwarded to the insurance company by 11:00, otherwise assistance is activated at the latest at 24:00 the next day.
