Reminds me of the hunting trail towards Črna prst. At Kal it branches off left and crosses Kontni vrh on the southern slopes and joins the marked trail from Podbrd less than an hour below the hut.
If it's that trail of course...

The hunting trail circles Veliki Travnik-Turnovka on the north side, crosses some screes and descends to the poor...only macadam road.
