This one (Debenji or Debni ...) I even had to somewhat "decipher", but it's not that either.
The goal (half the riddle) is (at least to most) much more well-known.

No, this path starts at ŽP Laze. The path is described here too (Trip search), even the approximate location of this "monument" (otherwise unrecognizable) is on one of the photos.
