Piotr, "bos" did say that something might have changed in the meantime. The Koča na Klopnem vrhu was part of SPP with a stamp as long as the (private) hut was operating (until 2018). In the newer edition of the booklet, the SPP stamp is on Klopnem vrhu, about five minutes away. SPP still goes past the closed hut, but not past Klopni vrh after all (but a bit lower on the road).

@bongo, I know Koča na Klopnem vrhu is now privately owned, but fact is its stamp wasn't in Slov. transverzala from the 70s, nor in
SPP logbook in the 90s.
Oops, I overlooked it's in the guidebook by Poljanca and Arnejška authors from 2012.

In older logbooks it wasn't in SPP, nor Klopni vrh.
In the logbooks I have at home from 2004, 2012 and 2015 the SPP point is Koča na Klopnem vrhu.
Now in the latest SPP guidebook I see the SPP point is Klopni vrh.
