Šodrovec, good guessing. You are close. But these windows are in the eastern spur of the Kramarica ridge, below the Ljubelj border crossing.

Below the Ljubelj border crossing? Do you mean that ruined place between Ljubelj pass and continuation of the ridge towards Košute/Ljubeljske Babe?

atoamac, it's not exactly what you think, on the other side that's the Ljubelj Zelenica path along the ridge.

Detailed review of the second map reveals that Kramarica is in the Košuta ridge and not in the Ljubeljščica ridge. I've looked at that wilderness (Zajmenove peči?) several times from the last sub-Ljubelj tunnel on the right, but haven't dared to get close yet. Maybe next year?
