Adding a view from the nearest summit which is half an hour walk from the gate of the pasture fence with warning sign from the first photo - this place is on a saddle where there's also a junction of unmarked paths.

I don't know if there's a planina with that name? If there is then it's not the right one..
To the fence in the picture leads a road that ends right there and is at altitude around 1.600 m.

Yes, the fence separates Planina Ravne and Mikulovica
There the path forks to Mojstrovica (left) and towards Kresnišče and further to Murnovec, Trupej.
