Of these peaks with "masonry" on top, Skutnik came to my mind first. Even more fortified is its neighbor Lopatnik

But how come you don't know it? Ridge of peaks under Zaprikraj pasture. The whole path is laid out, poorly visible military path. But you can go the entire ridge over Vrata and Lopatnik to Krnčica Srednji Vrh all the way to Krn. When there's no fog, of course.
