It didn't snow, but it will this weekend according to the forecast. There's still snow on Grintavec too and quite a few hikers said they really struggled crossing the spring snow. I even tried going over the screes under the snow, but it sank too much, the stones ground under my shoes, so I gave up. Not even remotely as green as in your picture. But you made a great photo.

I haven't been to Čreta yet, but I believe it's beautiful there in spring too (and not only in spring!), like more or less everywhere in our homeland. The church in the picture is further west
than Čreta. To help, it was once a famous pilgrimage church.

Correct, Mr. Franci. The photo was taken on Saturday, 12.05., at the "Šrauf memorial hike", which the Sports Association from Krašnja has organized for the 16th year in a row. Under the church on Češnjica or once Karmelska gora (700 m) is one of the control points of this hike.
