No. It's a very well-visited mountain with several marked paths leading to the summit. The green rocks are only along one path (at least I think), not the one with the most visitors.

Yes, quite possible. That's on the path from Povelje over Javornik, a few minutes later you reach the top of this ridge, a little below the summit. Keep going, Tisa.
