I think it really could be Zadnji Vogel pasture - in summer I saw livestock grazing here. I think one goes a bit right ahead to Visoki Orlov rob - 1800 m, near the Vogel double chairlift Šije station. I went there in summer. In winter it looks different of course.

My opinion is that this is Storeč and its bypass that goes under the left hut. Here I found it, looks like this in summer
