. For local navigation I usually use www.gaiagps.com, sometimes also www.mapy.cz but for a broader view or planning geopedia is much clearer and better equipped with our (local) data.

We were walking on Golovec today, noticed a big Corona virus on stacked wood by the path. A bit worried because we were without masks.

Today by bike via Sv. Urh to Orle. I don't like that village at all. Everything is kind of kitschy.
I descended to Podmolnik, and also stopped at Špica. Some raindrops would be good.

Tinky, there were apparently police on Orle last time, checking cars if they cross the border. On the path that completely avoids Orle on the northern slope and goes towards Zadvorski hill (MOL), I saw ends of fire tape. Looks like it was strung across the path going mainly through MOL forest, just a few 100 meters also through neighboring Škofljica municipality. Someone tore it and "cleaned it up". I have a feeling the villagers don't like visitors much these days...

In a family group we went today from Sv. Urh to Orle.
The path is suitable for everyone, even those without fitness big grin

Otherwise not marked with classic markers, but with some wooden plaques on trees with Orle inscription or green arrows at junctions.
Lots of chestnuts these days and diligent gatherers.

I can't find Sv.Urh topic, so not opening a new one.
To Sv.Urh I went by bike.
Weather wasn't the best, but important it didn't rain.
Also went to Špica.
At Tromostovje they're expecting protesters.

The aim was to move into nature and catch some sun and we succeeded. We did a circular path from Zadvor to the cabin, along trim trail to the hill ridge, past the monument for partisan unit founding to Orle edge and return along ridge towards Urh with some highway noise. We viewed the wartime exhibition in the sacristy, where patriots lost lives to local traitors. Monument we must not forget. From Urh we descended to meadows and back to start. More at:

We used yesterday afternoon for a walk from Urh to Orl and back. We climbed the tower of the inn, which offers a great view. In the large enclosure under the inn a herd of deer is grazing.
