Too hot for a picnic, instead a huge pumpkin weighing 3.1kg grew in the gardenvelik nasmeh!. You can tell the seedling was bought at BTC market from known Prekmurje people.

This year due to heat I managed only the second barbecue.
Babure peppers are already at the market, not Macedonian but Hungarian, now very cheap at the best neighbor.
Today's barbecue went like this:
First I grill pork neck fillet on hot fire, which I marinated with salt, Provençal herbs, garlic and virgin olive oil, for ćevapčič mass I trust only Krušič from the horse.
Then followed potatoes, babure and finally I roll a couple of home apples wrapped in alu foil into the embers.
Barbecue food is unique with fire energy, not to mention the taste.
Some wonder that yogis eat meat, on the other hand I haven't heard of any vegetarian becoming enlightened from bio food. If it were that simple, one would just change the menu, right?.
Food has nothing to do with the spirit in us, but only the function to supply the physical body. It's also good to know that plant-based food acts mostly passively on humans, meat on fire actively, so food can partly be used as balance for our yin-yang equilibrium. The most balanced food is nuts, which do good for heart and vessels and are almost in balance according to yin-yang ideal.

Hm, this is yet another babur specialty (peeled, sliced, added salt, three garlic cloves, fresh bunch of parsley, apple cider vinegar, olive oil), it must sit at least one day in the fridge, mega taste!5
This apple spaka looks strange (it already escaped from the foil on the grill), but the taste is beyond praise.6

Everything looks very tasty nasmeh In picture 3 they are not babure, but goat horn pepper. The babura shape is different and nowadays we get them not only in pale yellow variety, but also red.

Probably some other variety, they are smaller and come to us from Hungary. It was really very good so I recommend you some barbecue in the future, since autumn is supposedly still very long and nice, then... who knows?

If anyone needs a quality charcoal grill, I have contact of a home producer. This is something completely different than those wholesale things. Grilling is proper, the grid doesn't warp, the thing is durable. Very satisfied. More info on ZS.

Mine is from Bauhaus for 30 eurvelik nasmeh and holds up for several years. I also got a small grid for grilling sardines and similar.
Otherwise, as Bečar says, a good grill shows itself in longer, more demanding grilling of food, more efficient heat distribution and longer duration, due to real iron and longer durability of the grill itself.
