Uršić.... if you climbed this today, I pity you... obviously you respect nothing... but still I wish you to stay healthy... there'll always be time for such ascents...

Nice otherwise but very irresponsible despite all warnings... As if no rules apply to some...

If you look at the rules, he played by them. He was in the municipality, the paths are discouraged or closed. I hope it is known what path closure means. We could remember the path to Skuta from the south side closed for 2 years. The closure regulation is one thing, the other is that matter more or less fuck because we are not in that municipality mežikanje. Nothing to blame here. Given his experience, no question.
Good luck

Contradiction - perverse adherence to rules...

If some rule or recommendation was violated here, it can be overlooked and tolerated. Obviously Dr. Uršič assessed that in case something goes wrong, he will take care of himself and rescue himself. So GRS, helicopter team and emergency won't be burdened. nasmeh

A bit provocative to post this mežikanje He himself knows what is in his comfort zone, has knowledge and is aware of the situation.
More unpleasant is the person who climbs after him mežikanje

And what's wrong? Provocative is the waiting of the police under Mala planina, instead of on Volovjek. Or closing marked paths, and diverting hikers to Rigelj. Just hope nothing happens there. And provocative are all responses from some who wait in ambush...
Stupidity is the measure regarding municipalities.
Now collecting private areas, another provocation. And what follows?, eruption of djimuzl.

If the path is closed and something happens to you, you pay from your own pocket. You potentially endanger the health system, which is irresponsible.
Some indicators show that in a few weeks everything will be ok - so why not wait and walk on open paths.

Because those responsible here can judge how great the current danger is.
These days data show that the danger is not great, but it can change quickly (I believe it won't).

This is what we have now from this exaggerated and disproportionate measure of staying in the municipality. Cowardice, which of course can harm a lot in the long run.

Now everything is allowed, as long as you stay in your own municipality. No more 'stay home' but 'stay in your municipality'. There you can do whatever you want. Eh, but if you stick your nose into another municipality, it's already dangerous! Then you can immediately infect someone or get infected yourself. In your own municipality, not at all. And sooner or later this will be the mentality adopted by people who can't think with their heads.

The police behave the same: they will fine you at the top of Šmarna gora, which is in MOL even if you're coming from Vodiška or Medvoška municipality, which also have part of the mountain. In that article that Primož linked at Orlah, they fined them because they were in another municipality, not because they were gathering. But if they were in their own municipality, the virus couldn't be transmitted? I mean...

There was no need for this measure. Even if tourist places were really full. They would just close them. Hmm, we can't go on an excursion anymore, well let's go visit our old mom or to Lojze for a shot! Both live in the same municipality!

Until now I've supported the measures although I think they shouldn't have shut down the economy like that (regarding taverns, events,... and other less important things, no problem). But they should have taken better care of the elderly and other at-risk groups! I mean, here all of Slovenia is in quarantine, can't stick your nose out, economy is sacrificed,... but in nursing homes it's free as per Prešeren. In Ljutomer until the first infections, residents were freely going out, accepting visits,... as if nothing!

The publicly stated reasons for introducing the restriction of movement to one's own municipality were two:
1. Influx of excursionists to tourist spots on the Coast and in Gorenjska.
2. Influx of injured to the Ljubljana emergency, which allegedly didn't lag behind average nice weekends at all.

Both turned out to be lies. There are data, link them. So - it's clear there must be something else behind it.

So they could more easily conduct a "drill" of monitoring movement restrictions between municipalities across the whole country. Which will serve as a basis for possible future restrictions...

Just as we need fresh air, sun and movement in nature, the authorities need control over citizens to breathe easier and carry out their activities..

"Both turned out to be lies."
I don't know, I still believe someone with a name and surname more, who dealt with these injured and webcams, than some unknown on this forum.nasmeh
But I agree that this measure of movement only in one's own municipality was a bit too harsh. Not because I can't go anywhere myself, namely even before I followed GRS recommendations and similar, but because I think it could be controlled and limited differently.

djimuzl, as far as I see, everything is much less, only suicides are a higher number. Interesting or worrying regarding suicides. If we go by %, that's 300% more suicides. Where are you journalists!

Mitja, I hope it's not like those few numbers suggest, the sample is definitely too small for such a (statistical) conclusion. But actually for some these depressive crisis times are much harder than say for us, who here mostly complain just about movement restrictions that prevent us from unhindered mountain roaming...

And Samo - yes, 200% more. Don't you ever make mistakes?
