Start at Tivoli and then along the long path to Cankar Peak. Due to numerous paths it's easy to lose orientation. Still it was a nice walknasmeh

Rožnik often comes to our aid,
when due to troubles elsewhere we can't go.
Snow for white Ljubljana quite a lot
snowmen along the path made excellently.
All paths were crowded
thus also appropriately churned up.

Although it's January,

All paths came alive,
families cared for their little ones,
some pushed strollers up the hill,
while others walked their puppies.
Although we were only on Rožnik,

such pleasant sun our small group hadn't expected for a long time, at this time/when 12.1.2014 is on the calendar. Wherever your eye looked, real crowd, like on the promenade in Tivoli. We wanted to make the most of the walk, because the power of the warm sun was diminishing very soon. For this Sunday it was a very pleasant and unforgettable trip. In the afternoon by bike over Šišenški hrib to Cankar Peak and from there through the forest to Mostec, then to the ski jumps, and around Koseški bajer. Not many people, except around the bajer. Just the right temperature for the bike.

In the afternoon again a bit on the bike. Past Belvij, downhill towards Cankar Peak, then along the zoo fence to Mostec to the ski jumps and a lap around Koseški bajer.

Today we gathered at the DOPPS birds presentation in Tivoli, which happens every first Sunday of the month. Interesting everything we learned, kids also enjoyed watching birds and squirrels. Thanks to conservationist Marija who pointed it out to us. Then also memorial hike to guide Jan on the PD RTV Ljubljana path, which is also the result of his work. Weather pleasantly warm, even sunny, despite rainy forecast. Autumn Ljubljana is also beautiful....
