Follow instructions of GRZS, GRS Kamnik, PZS.... and go to the mountains in fully appropriate gear, even if the gear is never needed, you never know. Helmet, crampons and ice axe - these three go together, without one item no go, and don't look at what others have on before ascent: put on crampons, ice axe in hands, helmet on head. In backpack always enough additional clothes, first aid, fluids, headlamp, trekking poles, map, compass, spare batteries for headlamp, etc. Before every ascent thoroughly familiarize yourself with the weather and conditions, no surprises, and safe!!!
