Today after a long time up the 'path by the power line'. Pretty steep, especially in the upper half. Iron bars supporting steps uphill are a big help in the steepness, but lots of steps in bad shape, be very careful, lots of crumbling stones under leaves. Not a daily path.. Descended the marked path. Just below Zakop some new steps for easier footing, none in the middle yet nasmeh

On the 'steps', poles are very helpful for the ascent in this terrain

Occasionally the transmitter cable appears

On the way back still to the transmitter for the view..

Below Zakop, the works are not yet finished

Haven't been up for a long time, so went to check nasmeh

path under snow from start, to Planski vrh just a few bare patches. Trodden to transmitter, then to Planski vrh breaking trail, sinking 10-30cm. Met no one, logbook last entry Jan 1. Lonely and peaceful our Mežakla nasmeh

How many years has it been in such condition?.. it always catches my eye :)

Today afternoon up, path OK but already quite overgrown. Lp

After shift up, path nothing special, overgrown in middle part, some fallen trees across path obviously but already sawn up. Lp

The initial section of the path to Mala Mežakla is mown.

The last time I was here, this cairn wasn't there yet.

Some fallen trees in the forest, a little before the summit.

There is a logbook, 2 months ago there wasn't one.

After long time up again, afternoon after shift, path start at Stara Sava. Path nice, not overgrown, edges mown. More overgrown only last minutes before transmitter. Was quick, Stara Sava to top 1h10m nasmeh

Afternoon to Snežna cave. Started in Spodnje Gorje on unmarked path to Obranca, from there another 10-15 min to cave. Entrance a bit frozen, inside wet and slippery. Short, interesting cave nasmeh

then to Zakop and down to Jesenice. Windy today too, little snow on path. Met no one from start to end nasmeh

After viewing the cave, continue towards Planski vrh and Zakop

Yesterday, started path in Spodnje Gorje, past Obranca to top and descent to Jesenice. This time no snow cave visit. Path OK, only nuisance lots of deer flies on section before Obranca to top. Lp
