Really beautiful spots! I fully enjoyed it! Especially liked the section from Škrbina to the top of Hudih sten, Baba ridge and of course fantastic steep descent from Baba to Mali vrh and to the stream!

Today early to the hill and to the sun, just 15 min but better than nothing nasmeh At Krems livestock already out, now have three donkeys too, so careful crossing electric fence, especially with two tails along zavijanje z očmi
This little donkey was the bravest, with dad and mom behind.1

Before the weather worsens we head there where silence whispers. The ridge of Slaparjeva gora is a guarantee for solitude and at least a bit of wilderness. No people, only roe deer and mouflons move in our vicinity. It was warm and windless, sun rays on cheeks were truly beneficial. As always, we enjoyed there where we like it best nasmeh
This time we reverse the direction of the hike and first ascend to the ridge.1

This morning I spontaneously decided to go to Škrbina. First time. I parked at the transformer station in Spodnja Kokra. The road path was good for warming up muscles. From Krems farm onwards on the track that gets narrower until we step onto the Slaparjeva gora ridge. After visiting Škrbina summit the ridge tempted me and didn't disappoint. Up and down the ridge, trees provided pleasant shade and on top a little wind blew. Last part of ridge towards Javorov vrh I went straight up the meadow. Path probably went a bit right but I didn't see it. Then along ridge few hundred meters and arrived at Javorov vrh. Back past Dom Čemšenik. Great weather and super path. At home I found a tick even though I wore long running pants. Still nice memory nasmeh

Then you were lucky if you found only one, since ticks swarm in these parts and some repellent is already a must mežikanje
As you guess, when you reached the meadow you should have kept right, there is also a path that way which gets lost a bit but finds again in the forest and you would reach the trodden path on the ridge that leads to Javorov vrh. But no problem if you went direct, the leg muscles applauded even more velik nasmeh

Ticks have become really annoying. Long running pants and socks over them definitely help. Otherwise I would probably have more of them on me zmeden Although at these temperatures I'd rather wear shorts. To this ridge I'll surely return sometime nasmeh And then I won't go straight up the meadow anymore. Without poles it would be tough mežikanje
