Southern ridge of Ablanca 24.9.

We started at parking lot some km beyond Rudno Polje and along the road to P "End of road on Pokljuka", where some 3 cars were parked. From there we turned left onto cart track and directly up to Glava. Along the ridge it was possible to walk normally, just every now and then some fallen tree to bypass. To Kot 1784 even some path with blue spots led, further we didn't find it, so we descended through brushwood from the ridge and then continued on slope to meadow. There needed some searching to find gaps through brushwood, but when we got to the path, we easily reached foot of Ablanca. There option to go direct (II), or right on scree terrain (which we took) to summit. There it was blowing strong so we descended to Studorski preval and back to parking.

Saturday Ablanca from Studorski preval. Little snow, so annoying (crampons scraping on rocks). At least 5 more went up over Gamsova.
In V gully Tosca again accident...
