Most likely there will be snow above 800m in W and S Slovenia. So Smarna Gora is still safe regarding location and height. In high mountains it will blow though. Especially the wind will blow. On Lubnik it's already 70 km/h, up there it will be even wilder. Probably also in mountains not everywhere snowing at same height.

This snowfall wasn't mainly dependent on height, but location. Say on Vojsko 45cm, on Vogel 30cm. What crampons for Smarna, maybe gaiters, but as I see how much snow, even that almost not needed.. Well, regarding crampons, depends who
