Maybe in the future from Dedec to Stanič. For descent from Dedec and those corners you need to put some effort, but then through scree easier in good weather. Anyway with conquered peaks the same goes for tours where you turn back before the summit and return healthy to the valley.

After a long time we visited this interesting peak again. Quiet and lonely day, really nice for stretching legs and wandering. No snow on the path.

From Bela valley to Staničev vrh. Wild, full-blooded tour, suitable only for experts. Surprisingly no gear used. Approach gully on north side still fully wintry. Conditions in photos.

Those paths from Bela upwards must really be beautiful and fully experienced. Now there is probably less worry about ticks and snakes, but snow and ice make different kinds of challenges.

Once I spotted cave symbols on the map above Bela and below Zeleniške špice. Wondered if there's a more "šodrovska" variant connecting them and descending to Repov kot.
Well...there are variants. Like before on Stanič I "wrung out" some new ones again. This time even nicer than the described one right of Kamniška jama. Definitely more scenic. But also wilder.

Today on Staničev vrh with a start from in front of the hut in Kamniška Bistrica.

The trail is without peculiarities and dry throughout except for the large snowfield below Planjava, which needs to be crossed carefully at a higher level. It might last a while longer.

The gully to the ridge has two snowfields, which the trail bypasses entirely.

Benches are there, just not in the gully velik nasmeh

I also went to Staničev vrh today. That snowfield under the pools is really large, and it also looks very deep. At the cornice edge by the rock wall (where there's also a small waterfall) the depth is about 5 m. The snow is soft enough to manage without crampons, but an ice axe is still advisable anyway.
