Vovar is a hill that rises steeply above the road Stahovica - Črnivec, on the top they should build a lookout tower this year.
A few more pictures from the trip Brezje nad Kamnikom - Vovar - Gozd - Brezje nad Kamnikom.

The walked path is dry and normally passable.

Thanks. Whole loop around 2 to 3 hours. Path not marked, that mark on pic 17 only at path start in Gozd.
Only junctions from gravel road marked, and here and there sign for Vovar.
Paths well trodden though, so roughly one knows the direction.
Will make path descriptions in next days.

Uhhh.. I go there straight from home often. From Mekinje.
Start at monastery, through forest to lonely bench, then either over Vodice or around Vodice through forest and pasture.
And usually don't meet anyone. nasmeh

Today from home through the forest, past Samotni maln to Vovar. Snow starts somewhere at 700m.

Today in ¼ gear, from home through the forest, past Samotni Maln to Vovar. There was a snow squall in between, no pancakes or similar to get..
But on top there is a first aid box. nasmeh
